Viet Duc University Hospital actively supports the medical facilities in training and technology transfer

In April 2021, the delegates of Viet Duc University Hospital visited and worked at medical facilities in Hai Phong, Phu Tho and Vinh Phuc on training and technology transfer.

 

At Viet Tiep Hospital – Hai Phong, one delegation of Viet Duc University Hospital included rof. Tran Binh Giang, Director together with the leaders of Training and Direction of Healthcare activities Center; Cardio-vascular and Thoracic Center; Aesthetic Maxillo-facial and Plastic Surgery Center; and Departments of Hepato-Biliary Surgery; General Trauma Surgery; Kidney Diseases and Hemodialysis; Anatomic Pathology – Cytological Pathology and Forensic Medicine.

 

Welcoming the delegation were: Assoc. Prof. Le Minh Quang, Director of Viet Tiep Hospital – Hai Phong and leaders of departments of the Hospital. Within the working program, the delegation of Viet Duc University Hospital has the report of Viet Tiep on the status of infrastructure, medical equipment, human resources and the proposal to Viet Duc University Hospital for supporting the training and technology transfer in 2022.

 

At the end, the delegation of Viet Duc University Hospital realized that Viet Tiep Hospital was eligible to transfer some techniques related to plastic and aesthetic, cardiovascular – thoracic; kidney and hemodialysis, laboratory techniques… and agreed to support them in training and technology transfer in 2022.

 

Also in April 2021, at Hung Vuong General Hospital – Phu Tho and Lac Viet Hospital – Vinh Phuc, the delegation of Viet Duc University Hospital led by Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Duc Tien – Department of Emergency Abdominal Surgery visited and worked on the direction of healthcare activities and technology transfer.

 

At Phu Tho province, welcoming the delegation were the first degree specialized doctor Dang Thanh Hai, Director of Hung Vuong General Hospital; and, at Vinh Phuc province were Dr. Nguyen Nguyen Dong MA., director in charge of professional activities of Lac Viet Hospital and leaders of departments of these two hospitals.

 

At Hung Vuong General Hospital and Lac Viet Hospital, the delegation has highly appreciated the achievement of these hospitals on the medical examination, treatment, people’s health care as well as the proposal for professional support.

 

Assoc. Prof. Nguyen Duc Tien and the delegation of Viet Duc University Hospital checked at Hung Vuong General Hospital and Lac Viet Hospital and found that they have all good conditions to receive the training and technology transfer in gastrointestinal surgery, urology, orthopaedic trauma, etc such such as human resources, equipment.

 

Conclusion of the business trip was the Training and Direction of Healthcare Activities Center of Viet Duc University Hospital is assigned as the focal point to support and help these medical facilities in implementing  their plan.
