Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh donates blood to save lives of patients at Viet Duc University Hospital

In the complicated situation of the Covid-19 pandemic, causing the shortage of blood in the medical facilities, on August 30th, 2021, H.E Samina Naz – Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh pays visit to Viet Duc University Hospital for blood donation to save lives of patients.
At the meeting, Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to Vietnam- H.E Samina Naz, expressed her appreciation for the warm and thoughtful welcome from the hospital. This meaningful event was also held on the occasion of the 100th birthday of H.E Bangabbandhu Sheikh Mujibur Rahman – Founder of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh, therefore she does hope it will be strengthening the further solidarity between the Vietnamese and Bangladeshi people and helping save patient’s life by this human activity.
Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Duc Chinh, Former Head of International Cooperation Department shared: We are so joyful today to welcome H.E Samina Naz – Ambassador of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh to visit the hospital for blood donation. This is the first time that Viet Duc University Hospital has received the blood donation from the Embassies, hopefully this is a favorable start for the hospital to have the opportunity to welcome the Delegates of Bangladesh Embassy again and the others embassy delegates for blood donation.
