Gratitude to the generation of doctors – teachers on the Vietnam Teacher’s Day

 “There is a profession of chalk dust covered hands,

People said it is the purest one,

There is a profession that does not plant trees in the ground,

But bring life full of sweet fruits and flowers.”

 

Medicine – the profession of with a sacred and noble mission. The doctors who are also teachers, pour whole heart into saving people and at the same time contribute to the cause of cultivating people. Doctor is already a profession with high pressure and intensity, but being a doctor and teacher at the same time, these difficulties are multiplied even more. Lecture halls are hospital, sickrooms, emergency rooms, lectures are not only theories but stressful moments when standing in front of patients’ lives.

 

In order to honor generations of teachers – doctors of the hospital, on the morning of November 19^th , Viet Duc University Hospital held a ceremony to celebrate Vietnam Teacher’s Day on November 20^th  in a solemn and cozy atmosphere..

 

 

Prof. Tran Binh Giang, Secretary of the Party Committee, Director of Viet Duc University Hospital congratulated the doctors and teachers on the occasion of Vietnam Teacher’s Day 20/11, and also acknowledged the efforts of intellectual and creative dedication, passionate about scientific research and training the country’s top high-quality human resources.

 

At the ceremony, fresh flowers and the most sincere thanks were sent to the teachers with the hope that they continue to dedicate to the cause of education, lighting up the faith for the future generations of doctors.
