Developing medical cooperation with International SOS Vietnam Company

On June 3, 2022, Viet Duc University Hospital was welcoming the International SOS Vietnam Company for discussion of the further cooperation and visit on site at the hospital facilities for examination and treatment.

 

International SOS Vietnam Company has representative offices in Hanoi, Ho Chi Minh City and Vung Tau, with the function is to introduce the medical examination and treatment facilities and to guarantee the hospital fees for International experts and Vietnamese working on domestic projects funded by  foreign investment.

 

The participants for this meeting there were Mr. Patice Piola, Medical Director of International SOS in Vietnam – Cambodia and Mr. Truong Hoang Phu Phi, Medical Director of International SOS in Vietnam. On the side of Viet Duc University Hospital, there were Assoc. Prof. Le Tu Hoang, Head of the Department of On-Demand Medical Services; Dr. Luu Quang Thuy, Director of Anesthesia and Surgical Intensive Care Center and Ms. Dinh Ngoc Anh, Deputy Head of Social Work Department.

 

Assoc. Prof. Le Tu Hoang, Head of the Department On-Demand medical services, said “As one of the leading surgical centers in Vietnam, Viet Duc University Hospital is always ready to welcome and treat for patients in different specialties of Surgery, Anesthesia, Rehabilitation, …”

 

 

Mr. Patice Piola, Medical Director of International SOS in Vietnam – Cambodia expressed his confidence in the surgical expertise in examining and treating patients as well as in health care services at the hospital. This visit aims to strengthen the international cooperation relationship between the two sides and create conditions for SOS Vietnam Company to understand more about the Hospital in order to introduce specialists for examination and treatment.

 

 

When visiting the Anesthesia and Surgical Intensive Care Center and Department On-Demand Medical Services, the delegates of International SOS Vietnam were so impressed with the enthusiastic reception and modern equipment at the hospital. The activity between International SOS Vietnam Company and Viet Duc University Hospital hopes to open sustainable and long-term cooperation in the field of examination and treatment for foreign experts in Vietnam.
