How to rent the stretchers and wheelchair at Viet Duc University Hospital

Viet Duc University Hospital is a specialized hospital of the country. The hospital receives more than 1,000 medical examinations per day and operates more than 70,000 cases a year, mainly for severe, complex, and multiple injuries. In order to support patients when they come for medical examination and towards their satisfaction, Viet Duc University Hospital implements the rental stretchers and wheelchair. Please find the following instruction:

Timetable:

– Summer: 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m

– Winter: 6:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m

Location:

Lobby of Building D, Gate 8, Viet Duc University Hospital (18 Phu Doan, Hang Bong Ward, Hoan Kiem District, Hanoi).

Who can rent ?

Any patients come to Hospital for examination

Procedure:

If you want to rent a stretcher or wheelchair, please to present your personal documents with photo (ID, driver’s license, passport…) et the registration 

Notice:

Please do not bring stretchers/ wheelchair to outside the hospital

For returning the stretchers after working hours, you could return at the following timetable:

– Summer: 6:00 pm, 7:00 pm

– Winter: 5:00 p.m, 6:00 p.m, 7:00 p.m
