More than 2,000 people in Hoan Kiem district were safely and effectively vaccinated against Covid-19 infection at Viet Duc University Hospital.

On August 14-15 ^th, Viet Duc University Hospital was in coordinating with Hoan Kiem District Health Station organizing to vaccinate for 2,108 residents this area to prevent the Covid-19 infection. The vaccination is carried out on the principle of safety first, prevention of epidemic spreading, strictly complying with regulations on social distance, and appropriate timetable to control crowding.

 

 

All people invited for vaccination are required for a medical declaration, check their personal information and pre-vaccination screening for having safe all procedure. After having vaccination, the people was guided and allowed to rest and monitor for at least 30 minutes before leaving. They were also instructed in detail about any abnormal manifestations that needed to immediately go to the nearest medical facility for timely handling.

 

 

 

 

In the context of the current complicated pandemic, vaccinating the entire population is a great effort of the government. Vaccination is not only a right to oneself but also an obligation to the community, working together to fight the disease.
