When surgeons “transform” into the singers

In a series of activities to emulate achievements towards the 68th Anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors’ Day (27/2/1955 – 27/2/2023), and at the same time to encourage, motivate, and raise morale, medical ethics among cadres, officials, lecturers and staff at the hospital, the Executive Committee of Viet Duc University Hospital Trade Union in collaboration with the Executive Committee of the Youth Union organized the “Art performance to celebrate the Vietnamese Doctor’s Day 27/2”.

After 3 rounds of preliminary examination, 50 departments, divisions and centers of Viet Duc University Hospital enthusiastically participated in the show. The hospital’s medical staff not only have good professional qualifications and a wholehearted service attitude for patients, but also talented singers, dancers, and theater actors with 86 carefully invested performances and meticulously revolving around the topics of medical examination and treatment, patient care, behavior, communication with patients, their families, epidemic management.

Prof. Tran Binh Giang, MD, PhD, Director of Viet Duc University Hospital congratulated teams for bringing successful performances to the competition. This is an extremely useful playground, helping the medical staff to give their best with special performances on stage after stressful working periods.

Final result, the Organizer awarded 11 solo prizes; 7 duo/trio prizes; 5 group prizes; 17 choir prizes for the performances at the competition. Moreover, the Organizer also awarded dances, skits ..
